Semester Exams set Dec. 20-21

The end of the first semester of the 2017-2018 school year is a matter of days away.

Teachers encourage students to ‘stay strong’ and finish the semester with the best possible grades and effort.

According to the LCHS Handbook, the semester exam policy is as follows:

“Each teacher will have a comprehensive final exam in all classes.  Final exams will count as 15 percent of the final semester grade. All students in weighted courses are required to take at least one final and complete at least one project per weighted course.  Students are eligible to be excused from exams in non-weighted courses if they have less than five absences and less than four tardies in that specific class.  This excludes school-related absences.”
